Additional Remarks:
The road goes to the top of the subdivision at 4000', where there are fantastic long range views. The views from the top of the mountain include North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky and Virginia. However, it is currently advised to use a 4 wheel drive vehicles ( especially in the winter season), and extreme care must be taken when going through the horse pasture as the fence must be closed each time. The mountain is also accessible through the use of several walking paths.

This property is offered as Pet Friendly and Horse Friendly, up to 4 horses Maximum. They can graze in the back fields, the barn would work for them and there are extensive riding trails as they were developed for the Quads to ride to the top. There are lots of dirt roads in the area as well.
