Description

best seller for Ocean
during the late 80's and still a great looking boat
today. This 48 offers the two stateroom, two head
layout with a galley down, which makes for a very
large open salon for entertaining.
Actual Condition
The boat has been unattended to for the last few years
and is now showing signs of neglect both inside and
outside. The interior softgoods will likely need to
be completely replaced and all exterior teak revarnished.
The exterior appears chalky and will likely need to
be painted in order to make this vessel
really nice again.
This will make for a good refit candidate and will
require significant updating and repair, but may be
a way into a 48' yacht for a
great price.
