General Description
Accommodations
Ideal for those with children or guests along for the duration of the cruise, the 4450's forward staterooom provides a comfortable inland berth and plenty of storage space. The 4450's forward head features full standing headroom and a seprate stand-up shower for maximum crusing convenience. The 4450's master stateroom offers a degree of privacy and luxury normally afforded much larger yachts. With full standing headroom, an inland berth with ample space on either side for ease of movement and generous storage, the master stateroom arrangement also includes a private head with seperate shower and, through a pair of French doors, a bathtub. A roomy third stateroom is located amidships on the 4450, featuring twin berths and storage for personel items.Beneath the 4450's deceptively express exterior lies a true aft-cabin interior. The bright, airy salon offers a superb view all around and the convertible dinette easily accommodates additional overnight guests.

Galley
The most discriminating gourmet will be at home in the 4450's galley.

Helm
The well-appointed helm station provides the 4450's captian with easy to read instruments and controls that are immediately at hand. There's plenty of space for additional electronics.

Actual Condition
It is reported this 45' Cruisers struck a sand bar in Biscayne Bay and sank. Upon inspection, it is noted there are abrasions on both the port and starboard sides of the hull, which appeared to be the result of the salvage efforts.

The running gear was inpected and found to have damage consistent with grounding in sand/ and or soft bottom. The starboard shaft strut had punched a large rectangular hole through the hull of the craft and the starboard prop had dug into the hull while the craft was likely grounded. These holes have been authorized for temporary repair.

Generator & Auxillary Equipment
A/C, wiring harness, batteries, pumps, desalimator, etc all equipment in the engine room was fully submerged and fully energized when the craft sank and will need to be replaced.

Helm & Navigation
The helm station was fully submerged and the instruments and navigation equipment were found to be full of water and "fogging". It is recommended to replace all sighted equipment.

Electrical
It is reported that the breakers were bleeding rust. It is likely that when the Cruisers went down, this panel was fully energized and there is extensive electrical damage. It is suspected that the craft will require a full re-wire.

Equipment
No trailer is included in this sale.

Motors and Machinery
No statement of condition can be made regarding motors, engines or machinery, whatsoever.
A photo may appear of the engine compartment and machinery, but it is entirely the buyers responsibility to inspect and determine their actual condition.

* On occasion we receive unverified information regarding mechanical condition:
"Both engines have been fully submerged and as of the time of survey, neither have been preserved. Since that time, some work may have been performed, but the quality and amount of work can not be explained or guaranteed."
