General
Description
This
boat can sleep 8-10 with separate Captain's
quarters.
Actual Condition
It is reported by the Estate that: the owner
had restored and used the boat on the Allegheny
River in PA. It has sat dry docked for the past 2
years but is still in fair to good condition.
No maintenance since Oct. 2006.
The boat needs re-painting and some patching. Decks
need cleaning and sealing. Stern rail needs to be
stripped and refinished, some rotten wood needs replacing.
The interior needs cleaning.
Please inspect carefully before bidding.
Equipment
Electric
stove, microwave and mini-fridge are included. The
bathroom has a full shower, sink and toilet. Dining
area comes with table.
A trailer
is not
included in this sale.

be made regarding motors, engines or machinery, whatsoever.

but it is entirely the buyers responsibility to inspect
and determine their actual condition.
