Actual Condition
This 77' Palmer Johnson Bank Repo was originally intended to racing, but could easily be configured for those that would prefer to cruilse. Large salon area, 3 private staterooms, and 3 heads provide many options.

Accomodations and Layout
Overview: Sleeps 10 owners and guests. Crew accomodations include 4 berths

Vessel Walkthrough:
"JAVELIN" will sleep 8-10 guests in 3 cabins as well as accomodate 4 crew. The aft cabin accomodates 4-6 guests (lower berths can be used as doubles if desired). Forward port and starboard are 2 additional cabins with upper and lower bunks.

Each stateroom has an adjoining private head with shower. All cabins are air-conditioned and have tape decks.
All softgoods are missing from the yacht.

Main Salon accomodates up to 10 guests for dinner.

Sails are not with the yacht.
**We have located 9 sails.

Rigging:
• Wire backstay and inner forestay (new 2000)
• Dutchman System. 15 of the 17 winches are on board and can be seen in the photos. At this time (2) are missing. New Norseman mast and boom (new 1997). All new running rigging. Navtec 2 panel which power 4 cylinders. All rod rigging re-headed (1997). Mast is triple spreader rigged - Total mast length 124' - boom 22'.

A trailer is not included in this sale.
