General Description
This is a Swedish designed Racer / Cruiser built in Rhode Island.

Actual Condition
This vessel has been sitting for a long time and is suffering from neglect. The sellers were refitting the vessel to have a more cruising interior and never finished. It has large soft spots on the deck and house, the bulkhead has some rot, the hull has some blisters and the keel-bolts appear to need to be tightened. There has been standing rain water in the bilge that appears to have compromised the gearbox.

Halyards: (main et al) will need to be replaced. We have a new main halyard but have not installed it.

Interior: Boat was purchased without a finished interior. We have begun several projects to furnish and complete it, but have not finished:

1. Main bulkhead has some deterioration on the starboard side (approximately 6 inches in from the hull) as described in memo.
2. Insulation and ribs have been installed on sides of interior in anticipation of installing wooden strips as a finish. We have some prepared strips and have installed some in the head area.
3. After bulkheads have been cut and fitted but not installed. These are stored in our house.
4. Electrical panel has been constructed but not installed. Boat came with a temporary panel under hatch way which we have removed.
5. Stove (Kenyan) and head were purchased but not installed-these are stored in our house.

Equipment
Sails: Main. 3 "gennys", Staysail and Spinnaker-all but one of the "gennys" were purchases at the time we bought the boat from a sail maker in Connecticut. The #2 "genny" was purchase a few years later from Hood sails and has been our most used sail.

A trailer is not included in this sale.

Motors and Machinery
No statement of condition can be made regarding motors, engines or machinery, whatsoever.
A photo may appear of the engine compartment and machinery, but it is entirely the buyers responsibility to inspect and determine their actual condition.
* On occasion we receive unverified information regarding mechanical condition. It is reported by the owner, not Certified Sales, Inc. that: "The engine is reportedly in good shape but many parts are in storage. The engine parts were removed in order to clean and paint it, as the original paint was peeling, new paint has held up well. Parts were also painted as appropriate and are stored in our house. Engine is a Ferryman diesel and we have the manual."
