A luxurious pilot house with space and comfort to
live aboard, strong enough with her aluminum hull
to sail around the world, and easy to handle with
her furling mainsail. It has a skeg keel. Master cabin
berth with 2 additional cabins, 2 heads, galley Kit...Salon
area with table and benches. The present owner refurbished
the boat in 1991 and 1992. Cruised the Bahamas from
1994 - 2004.
This is a project boat that owner has decided to leave
to another boat enthusiast to finish due to health
issues. Boat has been at dock since 2006, some renovations
started. Water damage to the interior is primarily
due to the teak deck being compromised. Most of the
cabin doors and locker doors and drawers had been
removed and stored off the boat and are undamaged.
The dinghy davits were removed and put in storage
in 2004. It is reported that the hull needs painting;
there is some pitting under the rubrail. The boat
needs a near total restoration. Please inspect carefully
before making an offer.
