The 41 Double Cabin President is a very good-looking boat with a trawler-style profile and set-back pilothouse. She is built on a solid fiberglass hull with a moderate beam and a shallow full- length keel below.
Her two-stateroom, galley down floor plan, features queen berths in both staterooms, and two baths. Additional features include; a spacious aft deck with teak flooring, a relatively wide side decks, comfortable fly bridge and an aft deck hardtop.
It is reported this 41' President sank at its slip. The source of the water incursion could not be located. The fore and aft accommodations were flooded. All of the interior woodwork that was exposed to the water and oil, will require refinishing.
The wiring was submerged, as well as main engines, generator, a/c, all machinery space and bilge area pumps.
