Actual Condition
It is reported this Cheoy Lee has been idle for several years due to the demise of the previous owner.

Major upgrades include replacement of original wooden spars with a Kenyon aluminum mast and boom including; roller reefing genoa. The main and spinnaker are also included and the original wood decks were professionally removed and replaced with a sani-tread non-skid deck.

She will need some TLC here and there, but the vessel and rigging are complete and will only need minor work for commissioning. The Universal Diesel was professionally winterized.

Bottom has been partially stripped to inspect for blisters and no serious issues have been found. Water intrusion, in the encapsulated keel, was discovered and owner has taken steps to mitigate. Holes that were drilled for drainage will need to be resealed, and about 10 sq. ft. of ballast top re-glassed. Starboard forward chock needs to be replaced along with a section of the toe rail.

Blue Awl-grip paint has some areas blistered from long term storage under shrink wrap but is presentable as is.

USCG Documented vessel.

Set of like-new galvanized stands are available for sale, but will be sold separately.
