On Sunday afternoon, April 6, 2008 a 31-foot Wellcraft Scarab (HIN:WELDJA77C696) was stolen from a secure facility at an MMTA member location in Hingham, Massachusetts. 

The vessel pictured was last seen at or about 4:45 PM on April 6 being trailered Northbound through Neponset Circle in Dorchester, MA.   

The owners of this vessel have offered a generous REWARD to anyone whose information leads to the recovery of the vessel and the conviction of the perpetrators. 

Local police and the Commonwealth's Environmental Police Marine Theft Unit have been notified.  MA Marine Trades members and New England marine industry are urged to keep an eye out for this vessel and/or its components and report to appropriate authorities.
