. .
.Simply
means we haven't set an asking price for the vessel.
Come and take a look at the boat in question,
and give us a number - what you'd feel comfortable
paying for the boat. Consider the book value (www.bucvalue.com)
of the boat. If the boat/yacht is marked "repairable",
"salvage" or "TLC" (tender loving care), then
consider the cost of repairs needed to bring the
vessel to average or above condition.

| If
we are brokering the vessel, with a set price, the
bid will be submitted to the owner when received. |
| If
a boat is marked "Auction",
the same bid form is submitted, but we will wait
until (3) bids with appropriate deposits have been
received or until the owners / institution authorizes
the sale. The bidders will then be contacted via
phone or email, low bidder first, until there is
a conclusion with one bidder "left standing." We
will then contact the bank, insurance company, or
owner of record, present the high bid, and hopefully
it will be accepted. If not, we will make every
effort to find what amount will buy the vessel,
and the high bidder will be notified ASAP. |
