Actual Condition

This O'Day is a donation boat. The following information was provided by the Donor:
the hull is gray with red and white pin striping, there are no major cosmetic issues, but there are minor scratches and dings; plus minor gel-coat checks in deck area and minor inside head-liner staining.

It is also reported there are no mechanical issues and she is in excellent shape with just normal wear and tear expected in a 30 year old boat.

Equipment

Sails: Main Sail - 136.9 sq. ft. and 130% Genoa – 220 sq. ft.
Both Sails were reconditioned by SAILCARE (Cleaned, Repaired, Resized, and Re-stitched) for 2017 season. Genoa has a Cruising Design roller furling system and Sunbrella Sail cover material sewn into leach and foot of the Genoa. Main Sail has a new (for 2017 season) Red Sunbrella main sail cover
Capacities: Berths – 5, Fresh Water – 30 gallons or 3 gallons (currently set up for 3 gallons but 30 tank is provided), Icebox – 3.0 cu. ft, Fuel tank – 9 gallons Diesel.
Engine: 10HP INBOARD Westerbeke 2cylinder Diesel - approx. 818hrs.
Only used on Lake George – therefore Fresh water engine cooled exchanger.
Engine compartment has noise suppression panels installed.
Power: 30AMP 110VAC shore power connection with 2 internal outlets.
Two 12volt B027 90AMP GEL CELL batteries (2 years old) with isolation switch and LED battery monitoring meter.
10W 16” 16” solar panel with direct feed to batteries with monitoring display.
Internal Cabin Equipment:
Sinks and over boards: sealed and contained to meet Lake George drinking water requirements. Can be unsealed by removal of external silicone plugs and attachment of associated drainage tubing.
Sani potty-portable toilet - 5 gallons holding capacity with 2 gallons fresh water capacity. Can be set up for sanitary pump out.
Pressurized fresh water system with galley and head area sinks.
Non-pressurize alcohol stove.
Cabin sole teak inlay with rug to protect teak and fold down teak cabin table.
Uniden 25W DSC Marine Radio with wireless Cockpit Microphone and Speaker.
Multi-purchase Boom Vang rigged back to Cockpit Cam Cleat.
Instrumentation:
Kenyon LCD wind machine (speed and direction).
Kenyon LCD Knot meter.
Kenyon LCD Depth Sounder.
Garmin GPS mounted on the Edison Pedestal.
VHF-DCS Base Radio with remote microphone/speaker.
All Sheets and Halyards replaced in 2007.
Anchor and Anchor Line.
Hull: Painted below the waterline with Interlux Bottom Paint.
Storage: 2007 pressure treated wooden storage Cradle is included with purchase
Inside Dry storage during winter months.
