A U-shaped dinette to port (that converts to a double berth) is the main feature in the saloon. Aft of the dinette is a snug U-shaped galley.

On the starboard side of the saloon is a long settee with stowage behind and beneath it. A nav station backs up to a quarter berth that extends under the cockpit.

Actual Condition

It is reported the owner encountered heavy weather and multiple failures while sailing the vessel single-handed. The the most significant failure was the corroded exhaust mixing elbow. This allowed soot and saltwater to enter the vessel creating the bulk of the damages. Damages to the sails were partially due to the heavy weather and because he was alone on the vessel in heavy weather. Hull damage occurred due to the anchor being improperly positioned in the anchor roller.

High swells of about 10' caused water to enter the boat from leaking portlights which filled the bilge. Water also splashed up up into electrical and electronics. The engine also failed and the owners was towed to a marina for haul out.

Please inspect carefully before making an offer on the boat.
