Actual Condition
Our client has engaged CSI to facilitate the resale of their spacious 44' Irwin sailboat from 1988. Originally intended for sailing adventures in Florida, circumstances and time have unfortunately led to a change in plans. Despite being on land, our client has diligently maintained the vessel, with regular inspections and winterization of the Yanmar engine. Notable enhancements include a new canvas enclosure and a 20-gallon stainless steel hot water heater.
