66' Pacemaker 1977 - MY - YS220101
Actual Condition
This Beautiful yacht was owned by an elderly couple. They were no longer able to properly maintain her. They owned her for over 20 years.
She was put in on-land storage over 7 years ago.
The bilges filled with rainwater that was about a foot over the aft cabin flooring. I hose fitting was pulled to allow the bilges to drain.
The interior is in poor condition with mildew and mold. The decks are in bad shape with leaks and soft spots.
This is a big project. After years of neglect it will be a complete re-fit.
