This agreement is for the above boat/yacht. It is understood that this offering will only be on the World Wide Web, with websites and advertising done fully through Certified Sales Inc. All documentation and or titles must pass through Certified Sales Inc. All funds must pass through our corporate offices in Mendon, Massachusetts and/or Warwick, Rhode Island.

12% of the sale price or minimum of $2,000.00 is to be retained by Certified Sales Inc., for services, unless otherwise stated below. If sale price is over $120,000.00 10% will be retained by Certified Sales Inc.

Certified Sales Inc., or its associates will not be held responsible for any damages or losses, if the above listed vessel is left in Certified Sales Inc., or its associate’s possession.

Unless otherwise stated, this listing is exclusive and constitutes a binding contract from the date signed,

The contract will remain in effect until terminated in writing with a 30-day notice by the client (undersigned) or Certified Sales Inc.
Certified Sales Inc., reserves the right to recover advertising, IT, and other related sales cost, if contract cancelled by the seller.

Should this agreement be terminated, any prospective buyer directly or indirectly introduced by Certified Sales Inc., from showing or advertising during the contract period will remain as a commissionable entity to Certified Sales Inc., for a period of one (1) year from the date of termination.

If any one (1) portion of this agreement is not within the law of the State where parties abide, that portion does not void any other portion of this agreement.

OTHER LISTING COMPANIES, VALID OR INVALID, THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE CLAIMS, RELATED TO THE SALE OF THIS VESSEL, SUCH CLAIMS AND/OR SETTLEMENTS WHATSOEVER ARE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT/SELLER.

It is further understood by the Client/Seller(s), that no liens exist at the time of sale and the storage, if any, is paid by the client/seller for a period of 10 days from the time the sale is completed.
