Actual Condition
The yacht has elevated moisture below the waterline.
During a pre-purchase survey areas of concern were found and tested. A transducer with a failing seal appears to have allow moisture to enter and compromise the core and bonding. Further testing led the surveyor to believe the failure was recent.
That transducer has been re-sealed.
Samples gave the impression the coring had not been wet long.
This vessel is useable as-is. Other than the core below the waterline, the vessel is in top shape. This yacht has been well cared for and maintained. Service records can be made available by request.
All systems are operational, and she shows extremely well.
This is a great opportunity to purchase a top end luxury vessel below market value.
